A class used to specify a specific instance of a running DesignerViewModel, where the resourcepath designates a specific view's path in the Resource hierarchy as seen in the designer's resource browser tree. The mount follows our mount path and points to a specific location in the DOM in which the view is loaded. Created by carlg on 12/14/2016.
