Returns:

true is all module dependencies exist

modulesAreActivated

public boolean modulesAreActivated(@Nonnull
                                   ModuleManager manager)

Returns:

true if the module dependencies exist and none of the trials are expired. If no module dependencies exist and the platform is trial expired, returns false

modulesAreLicensed

public boolean modulesAreLicensed(LicenseManager manager)

Returns:

true if the license exists for all module dependencies

requiresModules
