This factory provides a list (display order will follow list order) of DescriptiveProperties for security restrictions/properties that can be set. The gateway context is provided in case the set of properties depends on the state of the system. The collection of properties can change based on the context, but you should not change the setting default values, as this could be inconsistent between calls.
