Class FileNamingHelper

Strips characters that are invalid (to the filesystem) on common OSes. Specifically - ASCII control characters 0-31,
(including CR and LF) and
"*:/|\<>?, as well as repeated periods.
Duplicated as a single method in Catapult's FileUtil class-
