Parser

public Parser(String exitElementName,

Creates a parser for JPMS Module requirements. If exitElement and caller are both Nonnull then when the exitElement is reached the caller's DefaultHandler.endElement(String, String, String) is called. It is typically expected that the caller would resume parsing from here by setting itself as the default content handler via XMLReader.setContentHandler(ContentHandler).
